Victoria L. Braccini

Victoria is a graduate of the joint J.D./MBA program at Penn State Dickinson Law, where she developed a strong interest in litigating corporate and commercial matters.

Her practice areas include corporate litigation, complex commercial litigation, business tort matters, and other business disputes. She also works on matters relating to real estate disputes and creditors’ rights.

During law school, Victoria gained extensive private practice experience as a law clerk, assisting in a broad range of legal matters, including business disputes, contract enforcement, and regulatory compliance. 

Victoria grew up in West Pittston, Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her French Bulldog, Stormi. Victoria also enjoys taking Pilates classes and has recently become a certified instructor.
